Come Worship with Us!

Saint Paul Lutheran Church is a congregation of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America and is a congregation Reconciling in Christ.  We welcome visitors of all backgrounds to join us for our Sunday morning worship, education hour and fellowship.  If you are new to St. Paul, here are some very practical things you will notice…

St Paul Congregation

  • Ample parking is available.
  • Expect a friendly welcoming as you as you come into our worship space.
  • A central elevator makes all levels of the church accessible to those who avoid stairs, and headsets and large print bulletins are available at the entrance to the sanctuary.
  • A nursery with professional staff is available to those with young children who wish to use it.  It is open on Sundays beginning at 9am.
  • There are many children here, and they are welcome in worship.  There is usually a children’s time before the sermon, and during the sermon the children can choose to attend “children’s church” for a worship experience designed especially for them.
  • Our worship is traditional in pattern: we gather, hear God’s word as the Bible is read and a sermon preached, celebrate Holy Communion with prayer and song and go forth from worship to serve God in the world.  A whole service lasts about an hour.
  • Despite our “traditional” worship, do not expect only to hear old language and hymns.  We incorporate a wide variety of music in traditional and contemporary styles and instrumentations.  Many of us love to sing; others prefer to listen.  As a congregation, we highly value God’s gift of music in our worship.
  • All who are baptized are invited to receive Holy Communion.  Others are welcome at our table to receive a blessing.
  • Most Sundays we have coffee hour after 10:15 worship.  It’s a great time to meet people and enjoy some refreshments.

We hope to see you here soon!
