Pastor Ross Goodman is a graduate of Wake Forest University, Princeton Theological Seminary and the Lutheran Theological Seminary in Philadelphia. He received a Doctor of Ministry from Andover Newton Theological School in 1995. He served Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in North Quincy for ten years before coming to St. Paul in 1996. Since he has been here St. Paul has expanded in membership, staffing, programming, outreach and facilities. While he is full time in his ministry here, Pastor Goodman also consults with Children’s Hospital Chaplaincy, assists the New England Synod with various projects, and he maintains standing as a Fellow with the American Association of Pastoral Counselors.
Jennifer Soltis, Vicar

Vicar Jennifer Soltis is from Hazleton, Pennsylvania and belongs to the Northeast, PA Synod. She is a 2008 graduate of Bloomsburg University with a degree in Sociology. After college she worked at House of Hope in Susquehanna Valley, PA, a residential home for troubled youth. She entered the Lutheran Seminary in Philadelphia in the fall of 2009. Her interests include cooking, baking, music, silence, friendships, camping, hiking, traveling, spending time with family, laughter, and reading. Music is a great passion in her life; she loves singing! While you are welcome to call her Vicar Jen, she prefers to be called Jen.
Diane Williams, Church Business Administrator

Diane Williams has an MBA from Boston College, a BS from University of Massachusetts and a Certificate in Interior Design from Mass Bay Community College. She also holds both a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License and a Massachusetts Real Estate License. Before coming to St. Paul in 2010, Diane was a partner in a design/build and real estate development business for ten years. She also had a long career in International Marketing/Sales management, working at Director-level at Lucent Technologies and Hewlett-Packard. Diane applies her financial, management and construction background to managing business and property matters for St. Paul.

Colleen Henry, Music Director

Colleen Henry has a MM in Collaborative Piano from Longy School of Music, a BM from Berklee College of Music, and a BS in Mathematics from Wheaton College in Illinois. She is a free-lance collaborative pianist in the Greater Boston Area. In addition to directing music at St. Paul, she directs and sings with Second Wind, a women's a cappella group. Other musical interests include teaching private piano students, vocal coaching, music directing and performing musical theater, and providing musical entertainment for weddings, parties, and for seniors and nursing home audiences. Honors include being selected to participate in Songfest in 2006; a vocal festival held in Southern California, and winning the Honors Competition at Longy School of Music in 2004 for her collaborative performance of the Mirabai Songs by John Harbison. She is a native of Southern California and enjoyed a career as a software engineer before becoming a full-time musician.
