Grades 3-5
Our upper elementary class is full of energy on Sunday mornings! Taught by an incredible team of teachers that includes adults and high school youth, this class is diving into scripture by working with the SPARK! curriculum published by Augsburg Fortress.
Spark is a colorful, fun education program designed to “activate” faith in children. It follows the same lectionary calendar followed by the church, so each week the kids are exploring God’s Word through a variety of age-appropriate activities designed to accommodate a spectrum of learning styles and interests.
Grades 6-8
Every Sunday morning, our middle school students can be found digging into deep ethical and theological conversation (and sometimes donuts!) in our upstairs classroom. In addition to spending time together growing in faith, they take the lead on service projects at St. Paul, including meal packaging for needy families and making encouraging cards for hospitalized kids.
