Children's Church and Nursery
Children's Church
This educational ministry, for children aged 3-7, takes place for approximately 20 minutes during the 10:15 am service. Children leave the sanctuary with leaders, and participate in an activity such as a story, a small craft project, or singing songs. This allows little ones to experience worship at an especially age-appropriate level, and gives them and parents a break from the relative quiet of the service. Children are welcome to come to Children's Church, or stay in the sanctuary. All are welcome.
Nursery
Welcome to the nursery of St. Paul Lutheran Church. We are delighted to have your child as a part of our ministry and count it a true honor to share the love of Christ with him/her.
Our nursery is open for members and guests on Sundays from 9:00 to 12:00 noon. Children from birth through age three are welcome.
In an ongoing effort to provide a safe and welcoming environment for children, we are asking that all children using the nursery be registered. Please fill out the following nursery registration form and return it to St. Paul. Upon drop-off and pick-up, every child will be signed-in and signed-out by an authorized guardian and given a name tag for identification. All authorized guardians will be specified on the registration sheet and communicated to the nursery staff. Upon signing-in, all parents/guardians will record a cell phone number for contact within the church in the event that any intervention is needed. If parents do not have a cell phone, the nursery staff will contact the ushers to summon the parent.
We have two attendants on staff, who are assisted by volunteer teens and parents. You are welcome but not obligated to help.
If you have any questions or comments about the nursery at St. Paul, please do not hesitate to be in contact with us.
