Welcome!
St. Paul’s community is blessed to be full of little ones! A vital part of our ministry is providing hospitality and welcome to families with small children. Please feel free to drop your children off at our nursery or to bring them to our worship services. If you have any questions or special needs for us to consider, don’t hesitate to get in touch with Bristol Huffman, our Director of Children, Youth, and Family Ministry.

Nursery
Welcome to the nursery of St. Paul Lutheran Church! We are delighted to have your child as a part of our ministry and count it a true honor to share the love of Christ with him/her.
Our nursery is open on Sunday mornings from 9:00 to 12:00. Children from birth through age three are welcome. There is comfortable space for parents to sit and stay with their children, if desired. Our nursery also includes a separate crib room with changing table. We have two wonderful, experienced nursery attendants on staff every morning who are often assisted by volunteer teens and parents.
In an ongoing effort to provide a safe and welcoming environment for children, we ask that all children using the nursery be registered. Please fill out the following nursery registration form and return it to St. Paul. Upon drop-off and pick-up, every child will be signed-in and signed-out by an authorized guardian. For more information on how parents communicate with nursery staff, please read our welcome letter.
If you have any questions or comments about the nursery at St. Paul, please do not hesitate to be in contact with us. We would love to have your family join us for worship in whatever way is best for you!
Children's Church
We provide a special worship time to children, aged 3-7, during the 10:15 am service. During the sermon, children are invited to leave the sanctuary with adult leaders who facilitate a 15-20 minute learning experience around the scriptural lesson. They hear the Bible story, sing songs, and do fun craft projects. The leaders bring the children back to the worship service by communion so they can rejoin their families.
Children are welcome to come to Children’s Church or to stay in the sanctuary during this time. Older children and parents are also invited to come along and help out with Children’s Church. All are welcome to join in this fun time!
Can I Get Involved?
Absolutely! If you’d like to volunteer in the nursery, please let the nursery attendants know or contact Bristol Huffman, the Director of Children, Youth, and Family Ministry.
If you’d like to help with Children’s Church, you can join the children as they leave the sanctuary to check out what their worship time is like. If you’re interested in leading Children’s Church, contact Bristol (781-646-7773 ext. 12) and she can get you on the schedule. The Bible story and craft materials are already set up for you, so you don’t need to do any planning!
