Evangelical Lutheran Chuch of America Resources
Our primary worship resource is Evangelical Lutheran Worship. Each season we use a different worship setting usually chosen from this book. It also contains helpful resources for praying, for personal devotions and study, liturgical and commemorative calendars, and a copy of Luther’s Small Catechism.
The ELCA Worship page offers troves of information and resources. You can find the Bible readings and prayers of the day for any Sunday in the church year by following the “Lectionary” link.
Augsburg Fortress is the publishing house of the ELCA and publishes many good resources for individual and communal worship.
Boston Area Resources
Bethany House of Prayer in Arlington is a place of sanctuary for contemplation, refreshment, and creativity in daily living. They provide ongoing opportunities for support and community including: Spiritual Direction, monthly Contemplative Eucharist services, regular Refreshment Days, and a space for retreats and meetings.
